Welcome back to BeamNG Drive! Today I have some awesome BeamNG Mods to show you all and this episode is all about customization. First I have one of the most technologically advanced vehicles in BeamNG, then I check out one of the most customizable engines and build some absolutely dumb vehicles. Hey, thanks for the review :) So to explain the drive modes a bit more, regardless of what mode you are in, if you apply 100% throttle, the car will give everything. Its what happens between 0% and 100% throttle that changes. So in eco mode, if you apply 40% throttle, the engine will give much less (lets say 20% for example). In Race mode 40% throttle gives 40% output. The traction control may also limit the power output if it thinks you have ran out of grip.

That's the esc on the top left corner, if you look on the dash next to the clock it displays the car's modes

(like so drae gets to see this) 2:49 reason why cars understeer so much is because you turn the steering wheel all the way when cornering at high speeds, which makes your front tires lose all their grip. Try to be smooth with the wheel at high speeds drae

You customized the car well, but lengthening the gear ratios would've been smart. Not hating Drae, but if you want to have better control, you can do just that.

The Desert map looks a lot like the "Ghost Desert", but a bit smaller

on gamepad it's hard not to turn 100%. Maybe there is option to set it up and slightly change, but you know Drae, that's too technical for him :)

Here's a driving tip Drae, *DO NOT BRAKE AND TURN*. Your car has limited traction, from the 4 wheels, and you have to be able to manage it. By braking and turning you are using your limited traction to do both actions, which causes your wheels to not grip and slide which causes your understeer problem. Try braking THEN turning, this way you'll be able to have more traction and you'll be able to avoid understeer

Drae, you can make the x axis on the controller non linear in the settings to get a smoother turn with gamepads. Would help your understeer a lot.

Swagger Souls yeah the new xbox with bluetooth works really good with pc, but i’ve noticed you want the newest bluetooth or it will be kinda latency. i use the usb dongle xbox adapter now and its unnoticeable from wired.

Drea, a lil hint, maybe check out Shinyodd, he is a Streamer, has a few Videos up on KZfaq, basically there is this game(?) Called Automation, basically it is "build your own car" and somehow you can port these cars into BeamNG

The problem with the car isn’t the tires, it’s the gear ratios. The engine has too much power for the gearing.

I use CJD's Automatic transmission, a wheel from WBIMB, and RK engine to the Covet. That way i reached 200 mph or higher

I don't think he has any nickname. And he replies, but you have to be super quick, by that I mean few minutes after he uploads a video, or lucky, he replied to me few times, when video was out for some time, but it's super rare
