Thank you for this inspiring message! This reminds me of the process that our bodies use to produce energy via Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP, would be a shortened version of the acronym Pastor John described Ask for help, Trust God in the promises He has declared, and pursue those promises in life. I pray that we will all look to God to renew our energy in Him!

That was very helpful. Thank you! It reminded me of Proverbs 3: 5, 6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

"T" should be for trust God not trust a specific promise. Promises don't mean anything unless they are promised by someone trustworthy. So at the very least make sure you know who it is that's making the promises! Trust God's timing, His perfect timing. Trust His compassion, His mercy, His grace, and His word. Trust, put your faith in, who He is!

Thanks Pastor John. My question is how do I as a Christian worker in the secular work place focus on the main task of us on earth - that is to glorify Christ? Work consumes us and makes me often drift in my true goal on earth

Listing of what makes my life christian: my choices, my actions, my lifestyle, my mindset, my outlook on life and perspective, my dedication and willingness to devout myself to know Jesus his teachings his message, his prophecies, what makes my life christian is the road path i am going down and for me to use my discernement to make the right decisions and to share, the armor of God winning the battles and putting on the belt of truth, plate of righteousness, shoes with the preparation of the gospel of peace , shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and the sword of the spirit/word of God. my purpose and the fire i have to follow Jesus Christ

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning [Pslams 30:5 KJV]. Do you wish to end sorrow and depression in your life? Do you want eternal life and life more abundantly? Look no further. Jesus is the answer. If you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and you will have eternal life and be saved. The evidence that the bible is real and true is out there, do not be deceived by the luxuries of this world, and the fleeting pleasure of sin. Come to the light of God, being righteousness, truth, love, and life. God loved you, Jesus Loved you, and now it is time for you to love them too. John 3:16, Galatians 3:26, Romans 10:9 (Jesus Christ is coming soon! Prophecies are being fulfilled! Don't be left behind! Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior now while you still can for afterward comes the second death, eternal damnation, death, torment, suffering, hopelessness etc!)

Jesus himself is Always the answer to our lack, focus on Him and in His presence you will know what and how to do. Even one who cannot read can be entirely successful by Him.

This is some real truth. I find it an act of God that’s the very promises John quoted came to mind several minutes before he said it for me. God is the same now as he was in the Bible.

There is no sexual intercourse in heaven but there will still be non-sexual love. Men and women will not have sexual intercourse with each other in heaven because they will not marry or be married to each other in heaven (Matthew 22:30). There will be no childbearing in heaven and God will give us a name and place better than sons and daughters (Isaiah 56:4-5). Sexual intercourse between men and women is a form of this world that will pass away (1 Corinthians 7:27-31). Earthly marriage is a representation of our union with Jesus in heaven and it will be infinitely better (Ephesians 5:31-33). Hell is forever and your flesh will be burned with fire and infested with worms (Mark 9:48).

John, the countdown to the destruction of “our democracy” is upon us. If the Democrats loose, the nation will be held in a gestapo-like bondage, well, forever. We know that this is a vital concern to you. What we need is for you to apply your 1) knowledge of the Ancient Greek with 2) your ability to sniff out sins among pro life politicians to 3) come up with a list of prolife politicians that are simply too sinful to vote for. You know, the ones who are fatal to nations? Thanks.

@@HearGodsWord I did! Hank B Fuddle is a name I go by when I’m not Paul Hahn. But it is not nonsense. Every word I write is a measured effort to get Piper to realize what he did. Let me tell you: the Bible makes it very clear that all men are sinners. In any given election, the choice is between two fallen men. The only question is to what extent they’ll either support or go against a God-honoring agenda. Piper spews nonsense when he attempts to measure the sins of one man against another. A fool’s errand. (I’ve been posting on FB for two years now. Pretty much everyday.)
