I think you are missing the point here. She isn't justifying it but showing what happens in society aka what NOT to do. That happens commonly among the South Asian community especially if the man is in power. On top of that Meerab was never slapped in her life showing how important discipline is. If you call showing reality through a show "toxic" then something is wrong with you. At least Pakistani dramas don't go in details unlike others. Plus it's a way to raise awareness. Dramas in Pakistan are highly based on society issues.

She didn't potray them the "Cruel Reality of the Society" as you said, but something Honourable. I gave the Examples like For HKKST (a recent Pakistani drama, very toxic but realistic), HArry Potter and Game of Thrones compared to this Drama. Fantasies: Game of Thrones is for Harry Potter (an Immoral and Insensible version in the same theme) Fiction Tere Bin is for HKKST, what GoT is for HP. Even in that fantasy HP there was a Moral Compass. HKKST did target on Emotional Toxicity, the theme was pretty clear that where Toxic relationships can lead, I loved that drama despite its recurring Toxicity. Because all the characters learned their lessons right on time regarding their Toxic behaviour. But Tere Bin has No Morality left. Thus I stopped watching, But I do watch Roasts. Why? At least just to finish the story, as I did once with Game of Thrones. (Hated the Story but somehow tried to end it up) Moreover, its these facts like Saba Staying away from home for sometime in months (got to know by the roasts btw) but she was with Rohail in the matter of hours. Didn't add up. Did she just Turn around the Time? How is this Realistic anyway? Of course Pakistani dramas target Reality, but the Writer made grave mistakes in the writing. Something which I feel that Even Herself would be Against in the Real Life, she Made that an Honourable Act.
