I like how you forgot Valerie Da Vinci in both this and the good-to-evil ranking. That's kind of a testament to just how random and uninteresting her character was in Despicable Me 3, only appearing in one scene to kick off the entire plot because Silas didn't make sense as the character to fire Gru.

This is going to sound blasphemous, but I personally find Maxime to surpass Vector in terms of appearance and goal. It may just be because I’ve seen the original DM many times since 2010, but something about Maxime seemed like he could be more violent than he was seen to be whereas vector was like a one time thing. Vector wanted to steal the moon, but Maxime, a literal COCKROACH HYBRID, went to kidnap gru’s son to turn him to a cockroach slave to take over the world I remember reading somewhere that Maxime’s goal was taking over the world with a cockroach hybrid empire. And that I find terrifying where as vector was just a nerd. Vector is still top tier, but there’s something about Maxime that makes him stand out from the other villains. That’s my view

Well, the other minions didn't like Otto, before the trade, was simply because he's a motor mouth, so they, and Gru, made "games" for Otto to have some peace and, most importantly, quiet, to put it nicely.(mean way: SHUT HIM UP!)

Hey WickedBinge, I know that it is not likely but I think a fun one to maybe do would be the TV show Sitting Ducks characters good to evil, I think that for the Thumbnail Good would be Bill the Duck, Grey area would be Raoul the Crow, and Evil would be Colonel Snappy the Alligator the Sitting Ducks tv show is available to watch on Peacock if you ever decide to want to do some research on the show and it's characters.

There's so many amazing characters from The Despicable Me Franchise, there's no way there's any hated characters anywhere! Oh wait a minute, there's Miss Hattie from the first movie.
