0:11 - 8 g vanilla sugar.
0:14 - 3 tablespoons of sugar.
0:31 - 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
0:49 - 250 ml of milk.
1:26 - 1 teaspoon butter.
2:07 - Puff pastry.
3:01 - Chocolate chips.
4:15 - egg yolk.
4:19 - Milk.
5:04 - Powdered sugar.

Desert in 5 minutes???? Gathering utensils/baking equipment, prepping baking tray with grease proof, turning on the oven, measuring out ingredients, making them, and cooking them for 20-25 mins …..a bit more than 5 minutes in the title!!! However, the video was to the point, no faffing, instructions are easy to follow and they do look delicious, so I will give them ago, but either adjust the timing in the title or don’t put it! 😊 UPDATE!!!! Just made these last night. Lovely! I didn’t have any full fat milk (husband😡)so used 200ml semi skimmed and 50ml cream. I don’t think I put enough cornflour in, should have heaped my spoon as my pastry cream didn’t come out quite as thick as I would have liked even after resting in freezer to chill. Tasted amazing though and would use it as a very thick custard recipe! Followed everything else, because of pastry cream they were a little gooey to twist😂 but once baked they were lovely! I used dark chocolate chunks, probably too many (can you have too many chocolate chunks?😊) and I think if, sorry when because it’s a definite remake, I do this again I will either use less dark chocolate or use milk chocolate. I also think I will leave them in a tad longer, more 25-30 rather than 20-25. This of course maybe my oven!! All in all a fab recipe. Thank you!
