4 eggs.
120 g sugar (1/2 cup).
Remember that 1 cup = 240 ml = 8.1 fl oz.
120 g flour (4/5 cup).
1 tablespoon cornstarch.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
27 x 18 cm mold.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 35 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely.
700 g peach in syrup (24.6 oz).
300 g cream cheese (10.5 oz).
60 g sugar (1/4 cup).
Mix well.
240 ml cream 33%.
6 g agar-agar (2 teaspoons).
Bring to a boil.
Mix well.
500 g yoghurt (17.6 oz).
Add 1/2 of the crushed peaches.
120 ml condensed milk (1/2 cup).
8 grams of agar-agar (1 tablespoon).
Bring to a boil.
Add the rest of the mashed peaches.
120 ml water (1/2 cup).
3 tablespoons of sugar.
3 g agar-agar (1 teaspoon).
Bring to a boil.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
