In this video we have shared some of the most Important Destination wedding Tips. If you are about to plan a destination wedding make sure you follow these tips so that everything goes well.
1. Keep your Guest list smaller - standard is 50-250 guests
2. Don't plan more than 2 night stay - Family should check- in a day prior. Also, If your budget is low you can even plan 1 night stay.
3. Venues must have multiple banquets - if the venue has limited banquets or halls then you can plan Pre wedding functions there and plan Wedding nearby in different hotel or lawn.
4. Be careful while Signing the contract - Make sure of the following points:
a) There should not be any hidden cost like licence, taxes etc.
b) Finalize & Negotiate Menu Grid.
c) Discuss event last time to play music.
d) Rooms for Early check in.
e) Discount on Liquor & laundry etc.
f) Discuss the Do's and Don'ts.
g) Charges for Backup for events.
h) Everything should be in written.
5. Vendors & Planners are two different things, Don't get confused in both.
6. Personal Diary or Google Docs - prepare step by step planning for all events in advance.
7. Book Tickets
9. Don't get Panic if everything is not going as expected.

I am trying to plan a destination wedding but All event planners are charging extremely high, my venue budget is 7L the Event planners are asking 6-7 L for decor and 2-3 lac for event part. In total this is 10L this is more than my venue budget and no decorators agree to work less than this strange 🥲 Please suggest a way out of this situation
