You dont have to use the aspects to get the resist which at x4 is 50%. you get it off ANY jolt you apply, including things like voltshot, 2 tailed fox or even lethal current. You dont pick this exotic for the pitiful extra bombs, you pick it for the easy dr whenever u want

I find it funny that this just means no ones using it for the very thing it was advertised for the whole getting that extra jump thing but more just the extra dr, that being said I can see the why it would be useful but i jsut can't help but think switching from nighthawk or some of my other builds for dr is kinda meh. But I wont deny its better and a stronger pick than i initially thought. thank you for dropping this knowledge on me and a special thanks for not being a dick about it.

Tempest Strike is trash, like you said. But thankfully, you don't have to run it with this on Arc! Flow State gets your class ability back super quick so it and Ascension is definitely the play, imo!
