I've tested this and it still works in the game but the chances of an exotic dropping is a 1 in 10 chance. meaning you'll go through far more three of coins just to get the exotic your looking for. oh and there is an invisible cooldown timer of using three of coins when using this exploit. best advice is to grind out Crucible if you are really serious about getting 400 light exotics to infuse into your gear

I prefer the black garden. Pop a 3oC for each of the 3 bosses and go to orbit before the timer starts after killing the last one. When you return you'll drop right into the boss battle again. Rinse and repeat. 😁👍🏻

Yes, he shouldn't even drop exotics anymore, however, get your three of coins, and go the dreadnought, there's a ultra knight you can access trough a glitch, i'm sure there's a vid on it, and he drops the, regullarly as well, the black garden on heroic is also a good option just pop a 3 of coins on every boss, go to lv 21 POE for your easy strange coins 3-5 a round.

Run regicide and kill the ultra knight, then continue the mission and kill the taken knight before the portal, then jump off the cliff, popping a three of coins before each kill

there are also 6 different locations Xur can be found around the tower. Look up a video on them.

+skyress2 Here are all the steps 1. buy as many three of coins as you want 2. go to Venus Scourge of Winter mission 3. get to final boss 4. before entering, consume one three of coins 5. leave boss on low health then get a rocket launcher and kill him and yourself at once 6. repeat steps 4 and 5 over and over, i paid about 19 strange coins for the three of coins and got exotics worth about 78 stange coins, so it's the best way to invest trange coins.
