I think the Master could have had a better car than the bubble car the Master cars should have been FOrd Granadas Citroen 2cvs Ford Anglias Volvo 100 hundred series Volvo Amazons or even an old Volkswagen Bettle

of course tit always seemed to me that the most recent doctor ought always to be the most experienced, skillful and wise....having lived the longest......

memories open and close during the regeneration process, so the Doctor doesn't have all the skills of his previous regenerations. He hasn't shown off his venusian martial arts for a while.
