There are more Destroyers then Protectors. 9 Destroyers: Tiamat Camazotz Amhuluk Scylla Rodan Ghidorah The Jinshin-Mushi Ni Kika Skar King 5 Protectors: Behemoth Methuselah Mothra Godzilla Kong The rest are unknown but Abaddon and Baphomet might be Protectors or at least Baphomet might cause it’s probably Ba’al. Quetzalcoatl should definitely be a protector. Bunyip and Mokele are hard to determine but given some clues they are probably both protectors. Typhon is likely a protector given hints at what one myth he inspired. Yamata no Orochi is straight up evil. Shimo is probably a Protector. No idea on Leviathan.

MUTOs are not destroyers. They’re just animals trying to live and reproduce. According to the GxK novelisation, Tiamat was a destroyer, and threatened the entire ocean’s ecosystems by the time of GxK thanks to her power amp. Obviously, big boy G finished her before she could possibly do any damage.

Methuselah is also classed as a protector. Of the destroyers Tiamat and Rodan don't really fit the bill. Neither have gone out of their way to destroy anything.
