Today the Pretty Red machine meets the Real World! In today's episode I will be putting our new 2024 TORO TITAN 60" Farm Grade commercial duty mower to the real world test of tackling our overgrown, steep and slick pond dam at our Southern Illinois farm. We just got rain a few hours ago, but since time is always of the essence this was my only opportunity to test out this cool new heavy duty/commercial duty TORO TITAN zero turn mower. This pond dam was originally a 4 to 1 slope, but over the years erosion has helped to make it just a little bit steeper. Add to that the ruts and potholes and the fact that it is all clay and it is sure to challenge this new equipment addition to our Southern Illinois Modern Homestead!
