Here's a simple question, why would Moses be needing a set of rules on how to be a decent human being to begin with? Guess being out in the desert for four decades you lose your sense of self on how to be human and turn savage...living as lawless nomads will do that to a person and it's very likely that Moses's people was killing and robbing people who wandered the desert. One day, Moses had it with his people acting like total savages, took a two week vacation from his people and upon his return, Moses held the 2 tables stating these rule/laws on how to act around other people and to this day...those very same rules are still used to remind religious zealots how to act human. Funny on how that works out, right? You religious nut cases forget on how to be human from time to time. Go and figure.

Well, it is in a way...just 3 miles to the west of said location, there is a lay line running from North East to South West. Apparently, R.C. wanted the sculpture on that location but the locals said "no" to the project and instead placed it out in the middle of nowhere.
