The SLO MO is great man. IT shows the footwork in detail👍. Others bball channels dont t do that. 10K views and only 400+ likes? Are you kidding me guys ??

Great content. Constructive input, it would be more informative if the drill is shown on the basket with the colored paint area, because it will clearly show that you're going from one side to the other. On the drills currently shown, most of time doesnt show the rim until the end of the movement, so becomes hard to know if you are still on the same side or the opposite side. Thx

Gather is a word never used in hoop for decades.

What's the reason for pulling from you front leg/foot? Rather than pushing off of your back leg/foot? Technically you can generate more power (and potentially speed) pushing off of your back foot. Genuine question I'm honestly just interested to know the reasoning for pulling from the front on that initial step.

landing on the same foot is a travel, right?

I think not because you are not hold the ball, you are hanging the ball, so you can go for shooting or you can follow dribbling

really good vid but hanging the ball that high is easy pickings for great defender.

When I see someone like him miss a layup it makes it harder for me to give up working on a new drill, weird but true
