I wanted to love the Briogeo gel but it flakes. Love the hold but fine flakes are a nuisance. I threw mine out after several tries. I’ve been doing now uncle funky’s gel and mousse. Not as hard a crunch, but works for sure, so thanks for gel/mousse combo. If others try the Briogeo gel make sure you go root to ends.

I love this wash n go combo!! I have done 2 gels but haven't tried gel & mousse combo. Wow! Your hair has GROWN since New Youk fashion week video!!( not sure of exact timing but, WOW!) I like the black hair...just makes it look so more healthier. Can you share what you do at night to preserve this wash n go for 7 days? Also, do you do any stretching techniques? Your hair doesn't look extremely shrunken.

Omg please can you make a video on midweek styling with a product that doesn’t require me to wet my hair? Right now when I need a refresh, I dampen my hair, add leave-in conditioner, and then scrunch w an awesome gel but I don’t really want to always wet it! Have you tried Cantu's wave whip curling mousse with shea butter? If so, can you give your review? I love it for my wash and gos, but would to hear your perspective. The Doux's mousse was way too drying for me.

I wish I could give you my Briogeo gel. I bought that ENTIRE line and wasted a lot of $$ b/c my hair hated it after just a couple uses. That whole line has a sh*t ton of heavy protein and my hair couldn't take it.

Not sure what happened to my first comment, but color away!!!! Technology is way different since you last had color, and I'm sure crystal would agree. Also, there's nothing wrong with foils.
