I don't know if you guys just have your own rules made up for Red line. But in the United States you are allowed to have black powder firearms regardless of parole. The only prerequisite is being over 18. That's what the second amendment actually refers to. One of my best friends is a felon and can't legally own most firearms but he's allowed to have all of his black powder guns. Including a black powder pistol, a 50 cal rifle and his freaking musket.
