السلام علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ بھائی میں آچار کا کام شروع کیا ہے ۔ اچار کو فنگس سے بچانے کا طریقہ بتائیں ۔ بازار میں جیسے آچار میں تیل نہیں ہوتا مگر پھر بھی فنگس نہیں لگتی ۔ میں سرسوں کے تیل میں آچار تیار کرتی ہوں۔ فنگس سے بچانے کے لیے تیل ذیادہ استعمال کرنا پڑتا ہے ۔بہت احتیاط کے باوجود فنگس لگ جاتی ہے ۔ مہربانی راہنمائی فرمائیں
