Determination of coefficient of viscosity of water by capillary method

Using poissilu's equation we can determine the coefficient of viscosity of water by capillary flow method.Different rate of flow of water through capillary for different pressure difference is noted and from that data a graph can be drawn. from that graph we can determine the slope which can be used in calculating the coefficient of viscosity of water at the room temperature.

What if the end of the second tube was connected with the capillary tube? Then what will be the procedure to take the reading from the second tube?
