Is the reason why the Benzo with the Isopropyl’s reflection cannot be superimposed on the original molecule bc of the double bonds in the benzo?

How are you able to tell that the implicit hydrogens are not on a dash or wedge in the second structure?

Could mirror be made horizontally as well and checking the image accordingly ?

For the bottom left structure hydrogens are pointing out of the plane so if we rotate it 180 degree and place it on top of each other why wouldn’t it become the same? Hydrogens will still be pointing out

While it's correct that the hydrogens would line up, the double bonds would not. After the 180º rotation, the alkene would be positioned in the bottom-right corner of the mirror image, not the top right.

Can we rotate the compound in the same plane to check the chirality?

Absolutely! You can rotate the molecule any which way to check chirality. The tricky part is doing this without accidentally changing a configuration.

picture two is chiral if you rotate the image you will see that NH2 is on the bottom and doesnt match up with the other side so it is not achrial!

victor has it right. I call it the "failsafe" method because it's the most robust. Using planes of symmetry, in my experience, is more error prone (but more efficient, particularly once you've built up some experience).
