Tommy played all the instruments ( including the drums) on his first ReinXeed album released 2008 …so he is not new to the drums. He has also been the drummer in at least two bands. The lost rockers and Charlie Shred He has just not had the living space to accommodate a drum kit and settled for digital drums until now. You can definitely tell that Tommy still has a lot of creative ideas in his head. And now that he has more time again, we're sure to see a lot more new and amazing Tommy stuff. He's currently working on a new album with Majestica. On this occasion, my recommendation for a reaction from you would definitely be the song "Above the sky". (In case you haven't seen it yet)

Tommy plays 10 instruments and he played drums for a long time.

Those drum sticks are tactile. They have accelerators the feel the movements. And there are actuators that adds a click feeling to the drummer so he can feel when he hits the drums. I do not know if those actuators are strong enough to create a bounce though.
