Very nice!!! Excited to see new developments for downtown Detroit. Most of the old buildings have been refurbished already, so hopefully we can start seeing new developments pop all over. Good times for Detroit. I think the housing unafordabiliy crisis in much of the country can be a boom for Detroit. Detroit has the low price of land, as well as plenty of it available. The city needs to attract new residents but to do saw they need to be smart with taxes. Detroit still has high tax burden, they should revamp the tax system to attract new companies and residents, like places in the south have done.

a massively wasted opportunity for Detroit... it's a series of cheap looking boxes glued to each other... and gm, ensured it would not be taller than their building.

@@billhosko7723 Yet, GM HQ will be exiting the RenCen for the Hudson’s Building, so there goes that lame theory.
