@floryda7251 Dude he has been right about many things. You don't have to like his style. He didn't say he was getting fired. He said he was worried for Christian because he hasn't seen results from Christian. Which is what the industry demands. I Christian as a rider, I know he has the potential to perform well, but we're just not seeing him reach his potential

Warm up. You don’t want your heart rate to go from 60 to 180 in one minute and on cold muscles. Also help with glycogen uptake etc.. which is very important for energy in an anaerobic sport like MX. These guys are super fit, spinning a bike, doing jumping jacks and stuff like that on the gate does nothing to wear them out and everything to prime their systems. Extra important in cold environments like Detroit.
