So is this scripted, do they wake up and cook whatever food is around? Or does it all turn up in a truck? Is there a chef off camera telling then what to do? Soooo many questions guys!

It is more a reality show/ documentary. The Director Pd Na instruct them the night before or a meal beforehand what to cook. The last season of 3 meals a day. There are the times they are going fishing/ catching crabs, clams and so on. The main goal of the show is self sufficient living in a simple way. And of course, eating 3 meals a day.
