Hey there, Had alot of fun running the game at SGDQ Hope you guys liked the run! :D Got a sub 40 run was able to show off the cool tricks and I'm overall happy with the run! enjoy! :D

Also I'd speculate that the weird faces on the walls is a byproduct of the way the level was designed. If the buildings were built in UED, and later the mapping was changed or they needed a dupe, they'd intersect the brush, cloning the brush data. If the bounds of the brush don't include the brush's natural ending, or there isn't one (being against another wall), wherever the brush is loaded and added, now WITH an end to the brush, it'll fill in the blue bubble texture. UED doesn't like the blue bubble texture being used, so when you rebuild geometry it'll naturally assign whatever texture is currently selected to occupy all default bubble blue faces. Thus, the mappers exported and reimported the brush, then had that texture selected when rebuilding geometry, and since it was out of bounds, changing the texture was never necessary.

My theory as to why the augmentation bug works: When you pause the game, the game acknowledges the fact that the augmentation IS on, but it doesn't check if it's BEEN on. Because of this, it causes the game to add on to the power of the augmentation when you unpause the game more than intended.

It took me over 30-40 hrs to complete this game back in the days... and it only took him 40-50 mins to finish it. Good run!

I'm not even a fan of this game, but this is a TERRIFIC video! Great gameplay by a competent runner who provides his own insightful, sometimes humorous commentary. Exactly the kind of speed run video I enjoy watching - cheers!!

This is the most RP (roleplay) walkthrough you can get. It is so JC style, I always imagined JC doing "out of the box" things. You can never stop the progress! p.s. i think J stands for Jevgeniy, so the sailors are searching for JC. What a shame.

They were joking. He swore a few seconds before. It's not a huge deal, but you're not allowed to swear in GDQ streams. It was just a slip of the tongue.
