I was reborn in 2016. In the fall of 2017 I was deployed to the Middle East. I didn’t want to go but I trusted God to get through it. I had no idea that I would get to go to Mount Nebo, heck I didn’t even know it existed! So the photo you showed and going through this part of the Bible now brings me back reflecting and realizing how blessed I was to have had the opportunity to visit such a special place.

That last statement blew me away!!! We often forget that God lives inside of us. People say that God doesn't speak to people today the way He did in the Old Testament. You just explained it PERFECTLY!!!! He doesn't have to speak in the way of the Old Testament because now He speaks from within and what a blessing and privilege we so often take for granted. Thank you so much for reminding me of the fact. Much love sent from TN

Books from Genesis to Deuteronomy were written by Moses. But the last chapter of Deuteronomy mentions Moses' death at Mount Nebo, so it was believed to be written by his successor Joshua.

pastor Paul, my question is, has not the isrealites live through out the earth?have they not traveled far and wide? how can we think that God separate his children? we all come from the same source.
