I don't know the wording specifically, but in all of her other medleys in that line she names the place that she is performing in. In one, I remember she says, "let all of jazz club agree". I assume "green room 42" was too long, so she shortened the name somehow, into something that sounds like "yotall"??

green room 42 is located on the fourth floor of a hotel called “Yotel” so often people interchange the names Green Room 42 and Yotel. :)
