We, the members of the Archdiocesan Committee of the Young Catholic Student Movement were successfully abled to organize a competition series under the categories of Photography, Art, Digital Art & Filmmaking with the theme of REVOLUTIONARY YOUNG GENERATION WITHOUT DRUGS.
The Short Movie, DEVANA UPATHA (දෙවන උපත) was able to achieve the Second Place from the Short Movie Competition produced by the YCS Movement of Mother Most Admirable Church, Hapugoda Cell.
In addition, this creative art piece became able to achieve many more awards from the Cardijn Day 2023 Competition. AKARSHA SAMARATHUNGA was awarded as the BEST ACTRESS and was able to achieve a MERIT FOR THE SCRIPT for the same artwork.
