WOW! With that much documentation (and likely that much money or less) you could probably get a perfect replica of it pages and all. It would require a lot of work from multiple creators, but im sure its possible especially if you’re a content creator yourself! No, its not the original, but theres something to be said about holding something so close to the original. Something leather-bound and ancient magic-y looking that many people contributed to.

Yeah maybe ask nerdforge to help make it for you, she can make anything. Adam savage has worked with movies too, so he's another good route to look into.
