Flutter is a very cool technology. You can make a great app that works on all platforms. However, you'll be the only one using it. So good luck finding people who know flutter.

I am now confused. While you say 5g is coming and the download speed is 100 times faster than 4g, yet you talk of budgets and light weight apps. The two doesn't make sense. If 5g is what you claim than it is fine to have a heavy apps. Why should we reduce the weights of app.

Kotlin is certainly better than Java, why would anyone care about Java's new dev cycle when Kotlin already has the stuff and is still iterating pretty fast? Clojure is superior when talking about elegance IMHO, when core.spec is stable I'll be looking into the language again.

how long have you used java and how long have you used kotlin? I'm guessing you've used java more, so it's easy to love something you're familiar with. Kotlin allows devs to write less code, though I'm by no means an expert in kotlin
