It is best to do bachelors degree in India and then do masters and phd abroad. There are so many filler courses in bs in the first two years that good money is wasted on those courses.

For those with a low budget I highly recommend applying for Camphill Academy Programs. It's a higher education community in North America.

If you were to ask me in 2024+, I strongly advise against coming to the USA for a career in computer science/IT. Job opportunities are increasingly shifting towards India, particularly in offshore positions. Currently, there are graduates from prestigious institutions such as MIT, Stanford, and UC Berkeley seeking employment in the USA, leading to intense competition. Additionally, an interesting observation is that my American boss has offered me a promotion if I recruit individuals in India and form a team based there, as it offers a significantly better return on investment.
