2 things 1. The data is cutoff at sep 2021. 2. You're ignoring the fact that AI is just staring out. In a year or two you'll probable need one single prompt inside a GPT powered ide to make an app like this. So no, it might not replace programs right now. But there is no way in 2-3 years big tech companies would bear the salaries of 10 developers when 1 or possibly 2 could do the job.

In US, already more companies have started adopting openAI in their workforce. This is the thing happening and because of this they are telling us to reduce workforce and cost-cutting.
