Great video. I think concatenation with + is considered “unpythonic”. FStrings makes more sense though I understand this is not a series on python and why you’d want to keep things as simple as possible.

I know you said your using vi text editor and python can you be more specific on which version or provide a link on where to find them?

I was using vi/vim v8.1 and Python 3. They are included in almost every Linux distribution.

The loop ran 6 times, not five

You're correct. Logically, we were thinking less than 6 would be 5 times. just a slip of the tongue.

Researcher Drieson it’s because he set loop = 0. 0,1,2,3,4,5 = 6 iterations. Setting the variable to 0 makes sense if you’re going to iterate through an array because arrays are 0 indexed. Print(variable[0]) will print the first item in the array named “variable”.
