Hi dr rose, I love you so much, because i like how you explain every lecture please can you explain our next lecture development of myelencephalon and metencephalon, I think it is more complicated their motor and sensory nerve fibers. An overweight female patient of 40 years of age with 3 children was brought to the casualty with complaints of spasmodic colicky pain in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, nausea, vomiting and fever. She complained that the pain radiated to the back up to inferior angle of scapula. While palpating the right upper quadrant she felt sharp pain at the 9th costal cartilage . also CT scan showed caliculi in right hypochondrium. I think organ is gall bladder Is this profile of patient is important ???
