It was never real. Its just a body kit on top of a chopped down Corvette. Which is why it sounds like a Chevvy V8 and THIS... Right there, is its top speed. If it goes any faster, things start to fall off.

There are 3 different models of devil sixteen 1: 2000 hp v8 2: 3000hp v16 3: 5000 hp quad turbo v16 The engine is literally two Chevy Ls motors combined So technically you are right cause this might be a lower trim

I think my Dad and I saw a Devel 16 many years ago. About seven years back my Dad and I were driving home from camping and we came up to a red light behind a car that looks like the Devel 16. Nothing unusual about it was spoken of until the lights turned green and it drove off making a loud growl sound and my Dad said. (That’s either a V12 or a massive V8) I couldn’t help but agree because it freaked us out. We were in a Mazda 6 with an Inline 4 Engine although at the time due to my young mind, I thought it had a V6 Engine.

Idc what the hater say it sounds damn good and it dosent have to be the fastest car in the world its luxurious and proably only 15 people in the states own one. I hope whoever has one enjoy it as much as possible

Lol nobody owns em yet. They haven't seen the production line yet n it's been a decade since they showed off the prototype. They posted a clip once of the prototype engine being tested on an engine dyno but there's not a single clip of this thing actually doin a launch or a high speed pass. It's pure vaporware at this point!
