I'm not even into DMC (that might change now) but this song grabbed my past 6th grade edgy self and didn't let go. Ever.
Why not give it The Lily Treatment just cause I thought it would be fun. Hahaha. "fun". Yeah, right. This took two weeks worth of work, has 44 total tracks, and was profoundly, stupidly difficult and made me want to throw my computer out the window at various points, BUT I DID IT. ITS NOT PERFECT BUT I DID IIIIIIITTTTT. /wipes forehead
Not one scrap of audio in this is sampled from the original.

PalapaSlap if thats true then thats what i will be hearing 100% of the time by sucking on purpose. The vocals are hot garbage. Its an awful amalgamation of DmC and dmc4 with the worst parts of both! Fuck me even the instrumental sucks when the chorus starts! Damn this is bad

Nire It's definitely separate from the fighting genre, it's hard to say what DMC can be classified as (hack-and-slash is too simple a term, and 'character action game' is a dumb category) BUT you are right that there's a lot of similarity. It's because both DMC and fighting games are built around intense reactive gameplay. Hell, I think a large reason I got into Soul Calibur (my first fighting game) was because of DMC. Both give you complete control over the fight, in a way that games like RPG's simply can't (unless it's Dragon's Dogma.)
