@herochuck1 it's called chicken picking it's basically like an arpeggio but instead of just using your fingers or your pick, you combine both....zakk uses that a lot

@atmdaddy yeah but i think it was done in segments, notice at 42sec what ever hes using as a bridge moves and at the next part its straight again. so it has to be filmed in segments

@kennyball wtf r u talkin about shame shame in the recording there are volume fluctuations and differences between instruments so you can't always hear each note like as clearly as when its just a top of the line guitar with emg 8hz etc. with probably awesome midi and drum machine while going through a bad ass amplifier as well, this guy playing would probably tell you to check your self and that zakk is an inspiration of his.

@kennyball - this guy is good. But his purpose is to emulate studio recordings of solos. He has had 20+ years to get them perfect. Although, he did not write them, he cannot "play them" better than the man who wrote them. There is a skill to emulation, but not creation. It is within the writer,.
