Man…I feel his pain!! Anyone with siblings would! I’m the oldest of 4…1 of us, my brother just under me, has been MIA for decades, and the only proof I have that he’s alive, is if he decides to post on Facebook 😢 The youngest of us, is my brother who is 8 years younger, and I know that we have a bond, due how we grew up as kids! He calls me “Sister-Mom”. My sister whose 6 years younger than me, has been living out east with her fiancé, his mother, and their 2 kids. I have met my nephew in person ONCE, and my niece ONCE, when she was a yr old…now she’s going on 14. This film was soooo on the edge, and I commend the writers AND the actors!! Thank you WMN👍👍🙏🏼❣️🫶🏼🥹🌷💐🌸🌼🌻🌺🦋🇨🇦

I'm only 12 minutes in and very into this movie from the beginning it's so suspenseful. Since I can't finish right now I'm saving it to my watch later list lol I have got to see what happens it's the first movie that's had me from the beginning since the pandemic for sure.... Edit: made it back to finish the movie.. thanks to the uploader. I think I would have done more running and less chatting though. Edit: after washing now I understand. I really liked the movie I had no clue.

Nice movie. It is an untiring search of a man for his missing brother in woods. The story is full with thoughts touching the deeper areas of love and relationship. Psychology probes with the wavering climax of the story.

Good psychological thriller. The lucky ones of life don't have to walk down Madness Avenue. For those not so lucky, things happen to them them that takes them for a walk down that dark path of the Devil's making. I've often wondered about those who write tales such as this. Did they walk the Devil's path, and survived? Or do they have some insight to the inner workings of the human mind? Well written and well acted movie. Early in, I was thinking...well this one's boring and not worth watching. But then, somewhere along the way, it got my attention and interest.

@@rochellewant5418 The intimacy between Noahs brother and the other guy was consensual, Noahs brother knew Noah saw them and was so ashamed that he took his own life, it was sad that Noahs bother was so ashamed of his sexuality he felt the need to end his life, and so sad that the other guy with asthma died (killed by Noah) when he was innocent, all he did was have some intimacy with someone of the same gender, he had nothing to do with Noahs brothers death.

As Someone who used to feel like Jane Goodall, observing men looking for "hook-ups" in the woods while I was in the wrong place, looking for love back in the day ... A troubling & intriguing film. Too slow a-times but worth a watch. Take one tiny grace note - Michael’s violent euthanizing of the wounded bird. That act presages Noah’s withholding of the inhaler. The story really is quite beautiful - clumsy at times to be sure … but also tragic - itself providing a medieval feel. And isn’t Noah’s quest as ancient as that of any Oedipus?

I didnt understand it at all.. did the two brothers love each other romantically? Why did he call the last guy 'monster'? Why did he give away tha card to him? and what was the point of it all?

i think the last part of it was possibly a reflection on how people don't listen to each other. how they are weak and how they are all simply hanging themselves, metaphorically speaking. also i think his scars are a reflection on how men stay at home and abuse themselves for no real long term gain, only scaring. i don't even think its about homosexualism, that is just the transport mechanism', but really about human male frailty and weakness, hence the strength card given out at the end. i think the fact that he brother hung himself is a metaphor for the shame many homosexual men feel, from time to time (possibly), about being homosexual and facing the disappointment of other people. if anything the film is showing that homosexuality is itself a form of suicide and weakness, the two characters, one younger and fresher with smooth face contrasted against the other aged male and the two 'normal stronger' males, the apparent protagonists.
