I wish you had discussed the humidifier accessory. Recently the company came out and put a cup on the machine for water. I haven't added water yet but I have noticed a difference in the flow of oxygen. I do not know if that is normal. But I learned a lot. Thank you.

It's normal to feel little change in flow while using humidifier. It's always recommended to use humidifier while using an oxygen concentrator especially with flow rates above 2LPM.

One important review element is missing, that is noise level.

This is a silent machine and produces sound level close 48dB. For reference, whispering is close to 30dB and talking is around 60dB. Hope this helps!

If you have the old model with a sponge like cabinet filter, then yes whereas if you have the latest model like the one in this video then it's not required.

They have designed it in such a way that it doesn't make a difference in the new model. Machine has multiple layer of filters inside as well.

Is there an online manual for this? It is the weekend in the US so there is no access to the doctor or the company that dropped it off. They left a long tube but it does not work if I’m over 3 feet from the machine.

It's not too noisy, 48db only. Most concentrators produce this much sound only.

A lot of patients actually sleep with it in the same room. Oxygen concentrators are really silent with sound level close to 40dB.

Inner filters can not be cleaned. They need to be replaced only by an oxygen concentrator service professional. We will soon post a video on when to change the filters of an oxygen concentrator. Stay tuned!

It is not made in the USA. It is assembled in the USA. I received one yesterday 10L one and was very disappointed with it use guide. It costs $1500 US but seemed like a $100 goods package

Yes, its assembled and tested in the USA. All home concentrators have similar cartons only irrespective of the coutry of origin.

Hi, which would you recommend if there are no DeVilbliss nor Nidek available yet? Phillips 5lpm (no 10lpm available) VS Owgels 10lpm VS Yuwell 9f 5lpm?

You need an Oxygen analyzer to check exact flow output in Litres Per Minute. A lot of times patients complain they dont feel any Oxygen output, simply put nasal cannula outlet in a glass of water and if you see bubbles that would confirm the output.

Thank you for your very interesting videos. You are a very knowledgeable person. I have one DeVilbiss 5L (2022). The concentrator is not in the same room where I sleep. I have purchased a Remote Control Outlet to start the unit directly by the wall 120v outlet, leaving the unit switch on all the time. Can this do damage to the concentrator? Thank you in advance for the answer.

If you purchase from India then you get 220V model and you dont need a step down transformer. We plugged this machine directly into the power socket and it worked well. However, if you purchased directly from US then you would have got a 110V model and would require a step down transformer for use in India.
