I was up near the front and I've never, at any gig ever, seen a bass player with more fucking stage presence than Aaron. He was mesmerising. Those huge slides he does, oooft spine tingles.

Soundwave is so much worse. At Soundwave 2009 in Perth, DevilDriver played and was the biggest circle pit ive ever seen... ever.. in any video. It went right around the tents at the back and all the way to the front. The Lamb of God at night. I still remember that as the best Soundwave ever.

I only just discovered/realized that Jon Miller is back in the driving seat! That's fucking awesome!! Never in ALL my years of attending Metal Shows, have I seen a Man make a Bass guitar look so fucking tiny, only person who I can think comes close would have been Adam Duce on Bass for Machine Head during The Blackening/Locust era of the band. I was fortuntate enough to see the orignal DevilDriver lineup in 2009 and aside from Dez and Boecklin, Miller had a presence all of his own, absolute BEAST!
