Learn knowledge checks first. I didn't know Bryan hardly at all and hit fujin within the first month just by doing punishes and small combos. The game becomes easy.

try not to be like him. Start defending. I'm flame ruler, but I see people with 40 in defense, that's awful. Once you learn how to use defense, you'll reach it. btw, I have 80 in defense. That will help you a lot.

Fujin jin here. I think its also very important to know ur feints and assured follow-ups. Even when i was mighty ruler, alot of ppl knew all the basics about jin and countered me easily. Once u mix in some feints it throws them off completely.(also make sure u can ewgf witout having to stance chain)

Raijin Jin here, instead of playing too aggressively, try to play on the backfoot. Look for whiffs, learn to break throws, know which moves to punish, and most importantly, practice side stepping. You won't believe how much your game will change when you start side stepping your opponents moves entirely.

I’m Tenryu trying to break into mighty ruler. My defense could use work. I suck at breaking throws and reading lows and my matchup knowledge is limited but it’s a learning process
