Devin Ruiz, MD was born and raised in Southern California before moving to the East Coast to pursue his higher education. After earning his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, he moved to Boston to complete residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Tufts Medical Center.
