Kali ini aku mau share resep dan tips buat Salmon Steak dengan kulit salmon yang super krispi namun bagian dagingnya matang sempurna. Cara buatnya simple banget! Salmon Steak ini juga dilengkapi dengan Creamy Lemon Sauce yang segar dan gurih. Resep ini juga cocok untuk kamu yang lagi diet.
Resep Salmon Steak
Bahan:
Salmon
Garam
Minyak goreng
Creamy Lemon Sauce (resepnya ada di sini • Wajib Coba: Resep Crea... )
Garnish:
Brokoli
Daun dill
Lemon
Langkah:
1. Potong salmon menjadi beberapa bagian (ketebalan 4-5 cm), keringkan menggunakan tisu
2. Baluri dengan garam dan minyak (bagian atas dan bawah)
3. Panaskan pan, masukkan minyak secukupnya
4. Masukkan salmon, masak bagian kulit salmon terlebih dahulu. Masak hingga kulit salmon krispi
(jika keluar minyak berlebih dari salmon, sebaiknya dibuang)
5. Setelah kulit krispi, balik ikan salmon dan masak sisi sebaliknya sebentar saja (sekitar 1 menit)
6. Sajikan dengan Creamy Lemon Sauce

This time, I'm sharing a recipe and tips to make Salmon Steak with super crispy skin but juicy inside. It's so simple to make! This Salmon Steak is paired with the fresh and tasty Creamy Lemon Sauce. This recipe is suitable for people on a diet.
Salmon Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
Salmon
Salt
Cooking oil
Creamy Lemon Sauce (Find the recipe here: • Wajib Coba: Resep Crea... )
Garnish:
Broccoli
Dill
Lemon
Steps:
1. Cut the salmon into several slices (4-5 cm thickness). Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Coat with salt and oil (both sides).
3. Heat the pan. Add cooking oil as necessary.
4. Add the salmon in, skin down. Cook until the skin is crispy. (If the salmon releases oil, remove the excess)
5. After the skin becomes crispy, flip the salmon and cook the other side for a bit (about 1 minute).
6. Serve with Creamy Lemon Sauce.
