So, this sounds nuts, but I have a plan, but I am looking for holes in this plan... So I have been living in my car having a really hard time with employment and theft in California for over 2 years. My taxes are coming and it's the covid money the government owes me... So I am looking to rent a garage type space, to then use to ether fix and flip cars or make something in demand, all depends. But my thinking is work so hard that sleeping there is justifiable. However, we both know that's pushing it. So option #2 is renting a house, but the cost is out of reach. Ideas?
