With Devon as a trainer you will be gifted to learn in one year who others may need 5 years for... All that stuff beginners have to do by them self... Learning alot of bad and wrong things.... You just gain with the best knowledge right now on this planet 👍 Devon himself talked about his beginner time... How much he did wrong, how much useless injuries... You just step over this and will be good as fuck :D Please ask Devon if he comes to Germany this year and just comment if you know. Appreciate it /thx for your videos =)

It’s incredible to see Anton being trained by Devon, teaching him in waves of pressure, increasing a little more each time and each exercise is used to rehab the next. You can really tell how professional Devon is and Juji is a very underrated camera man, keeps the camera very steady and lays down knowledge, almost like narration. Anyways great video Anton, keep up the hard work

YAY I like to believe that Devon enjoyed the way Anton dissected his technique, analyzed it and then went about trying to formulate a strategy to overcome it .... because I sure as hell did. devon and michael both come off so great in all these youtube videos. very likeable, down to earth, personable people. i subscribe and follow both, and look forward to their videos. i just wish during competition they maintained their good sport persona. last couple WAL's, i found it harder to root for them. kinda felt like i was rooting for the bad guy, (and not the bad guy in a good way if that makes sense).

I'm a scrawny nerd who likes arm wrestling, and I have a friend who's quite a bit stronger that I've arm wrestled before. Every time I arm wrestle him I get that elbow pain like you guys mentioned. I've started doing wrist excercises similar to the one Devon did here and it's definitely helping to make my elbow feel better, by what I'm assuming is fixing my tendon and strengthening it.
