As a huge fan of you Devon, I must say that it’s pretty obvious you need to incorporate some basic strength training into your regimen instead of only wrist, hand, and forearm work. Full body strength training, nothing to crazy, will give you a real opportunity to gain actual mass. Only doing these specific arm wrestling workouts it’s pretty clear why you have trouble gaining muscle mass. Nothing but respect though brother

I’m Sure they have tho but with that said it’s just another work for a couple of things like being sneaky l, tricky, messing around, mischief . Basically from the time you see Devon at the table until you hear go there is usually a bunch of shenanigans going on to benefit himself. Atleast that’s how I’ve always viewed the word.

You stone-walled a fresh Levan's cup and toproll, with your pronation and forced him to flop. Depends on the league, I believe WAF calls it loss, other leagues have the modifier "all slips go to straps"

@@HandelandJ depends on the league bro, it is in PAA for example. It's almost impossible for a ref to accurately determine if it's intentional or not. So some leagues call all slips in a losing position a loss. I could be wrong about WAF but I thought they added that modifier

Something is wrong with Devon, he never wanted to show up like he did agaisnt Levan he seems to be losing muscle really fast. Maybe that bacteria, or that vacine he took to make bones stronger is the problem! He says its the age but these guys take a lot of stuff thats why Michael, John, Todd Hutching, Ron Bath and others they look so massive and strong at that age. Please dont reply saying he is cutting to 105kg because im talking when he faced Levan.
