I have doing this practical many time for reference purposes but its throwing me on error for ansible task completion (if you are using a module and expect the file to exist on the remote see remote_src option) and result showing UNSTABLE kindly suggest me its really helpful....

You are doing something wrong either on rsync -avh /var/lib/Jenkins/workspace/demo-project/*.html root@private-ip:/opt/index.html or ansible-playbook /sourcecode/deployment.yml make sure you are putting proper / if you are writing play under sourcecode folder please create folder like # mkdir /sourcecode. I hope it will work.

I was also facing same issue but now resolved. Simply in rsync part configure it well and second mind on deployment.yml means write the code properly in vi editor

Actually i was trying to use mobaextrem but i got call to use mac terminal hence using the terminal. using terminal you can see every thing is clear and there is no confusion.

Yes, that is on my target. I will do project using docker and Kubernetes. Currently I have already started Terraform series as per demand, once I finish this will do for docker commands and then Kubernetes. All will come that is for sure. Q. how much instances can create for free tier quota. [Zafar] - As per I know A customer with access to the AWS Free Tier can use up to 750 instance hours each of t2.micro instances running Linux and Windows. Usage of the Linux and Windows t2.micro instances are counted independently. now you can calculate disk space accordingly. Q. do we need change public ip after stop instance [Zafar] - Actually, When you stop/start your instance, the IP address will change. If you reboot the instance, it will keep the same IP addresses. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reassign the address to your instance as that address would have been released back into the pool used by other EC2 instances

The whole agenda is to deploy code in web-server automatically using Jenkins and Ansible including Git/GitHub. Its basically Continuous integration and Continuous delivery.

while build its showing error: ERROR: Couldn't find any revision to build. Verify the repository and branch configuration for this job. SSH: Current build result is [FAILURE], not going to run. Finished: FAILURE how to fix this ?

You need to stablished the SSH connectivity between Jenkins and Ansible and between Ansible to Web-server. connectivity is missing hence the error is. Please watch twice or thrice so that you will not miss anything.

Status [127]] Finished: UNSTABLE this is the error showing

Its connectivity issue. Please check whether you are able to connect from Jenkins to Ansible and from Ansible to Web-server. also check the configuration is proper of not. Both Jenkins and Ansible should configured in the configuration section. manage jenikind->manage configure. Also Plugin "Public Over SSH" should install. Please watch the video twice even thrice should come this issue. This project is very simple. If you still getting issue , you can call me on 9088025405. when i am free definately will help you.
