Even though It was a charity stream but I think the main intention was to popularize/revive chesscom India channel. Just my opinion. By banning the three celebrities from their platform they did receive some praise initially for their fair policy bs but since they have quietly restored their accounts back to normal, I really feel something is suspicious about it. They did get the much needed publicity for their channel though. Indian news media, twitter, all chess communities from KZfaq and twitch, all were talking about the event only. Fishy isn't it 🧐

I have waited for the final Devour stream for so many days. Tanmay and everyone agreed that they will complete this game in the next stream which was supposed to take place in the next one or two days. I was literally searching for the stream on 11/12 June, I remember. Finally, got to experience this gameplay live, and that too winning it with all these people here... Really a family-friendly panel (except cursing/abuses obvio).
