Thank you! It’s best to start Crusade at 1k to get used to the system. After playing at 2k for a long time, I find myself losing track of unit kills, XP and upgrades. It’s a lot of information to juggle in your head during games.

Great rules review. I'm currently playing space marines in my crusade campaign. I have to admit that the Tyranid crusade rules seem more interesting than mine. Looking forward to more videos from your channel. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! I’ll be doing a review of the Space Marine rules soon! But you’ll get more out of it long-term. The main draw to SM rules is seeing a Scout become a Battle Brother, Veteran and then Chapter Master. It’s more of a marathon when compared to the other Codices’ Crusade rules.

@@CrusadeHouse I did notice that with the Oathsworn campaigns. I ended up getting a nice promotion for my techmarine, but it came at the cost of having to lose some of my games to complete those objectives. It didn't feel very thematic to earn a promotion through failure. Actually. Now that I think about it, that's pretty realistic...

@@Paranormal-Stupidity ah yes, that’s one of the weaknesses of some Agendas. I’ve even found that it may be valuable to bring dedicated units to complete them.

Something I see is not said about "adapted phisiology" is that you can exchange crusade relics CURRENTLY available. So if you have a heroic character you can change those artificer relics for antiquity or legendary relics.

That is true. Your Characters can always stay relevant that way. So you're always able to access whatever new Crusade expansion GW decides to release.

Campaign battle scars interact with campaign rules and, in some cases, codex crusade rules. It's not lazy.

There are no campaign battle scars. Battle scars can only be found in the main Crusade rules. Those ones are all painful in some way, but it's lazy to have a codex tell me to refer to them. Codex battle scars should be unique to the faction.
