Have you got a video of you removing the safety latch? I’m buying a milwuakee version but I’d imagine it would be the same

When you removed the safety latch, did that stop it from turning off after using it? I'm trying to remove an iPad battery so i need to heat the adhesive but the gun keeps turning itself off after about 20 seconds of use. I have to wait like 5 minutes every time it does that

No it works perfect. It doesn’t shut off until I release the trigger
