In this video we look inside the DeWalt DCE100 20V Max blower. We troubleshoot the speed controller and end up bypassing the speed controller to get the blower back running again. Not the best case, but at least its better than going to the land field. It works quite well running at max output, which is where it works best anyway. May not be the best option for some since we have to monitor the pack voltage and make sure we charge the pack when we start hearing the pack get weak and slow down since the tool controller is no longer connected and protecting. Need to also make sure the pack does not over heat for some reason. I did not want to keep the video going too long, so after testing I will add a 15A fuse inline and add a diode across the switch contacts to help them last longer.
